What's Covered
The 3-year guarantee covers genetic and congenital conditions present at the time of delivery that a licensed veterinarian confirms in writing. If an issue is identified and documented within the guarantee period, contact us right away — see the process below.
What's Not Covered
Illness or injury resulting from accidents, neglect, improper care, or conditions that develop after delivery due to factors outside the puppy's genetics (diet, environment, injury) aren't covered by the guarantee. A vet exam within the first few days of delivery is strongly recommended so any pre-existing condition can be documented promptly.
How to Make a Claim
- Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian and get written documentation of the condition.
- Contact us within the guarantee period through our Contact page or at hello@goldenpups.com, with your order number and the vet documentation attached.
- We'll work with you directly on next steps once we've reviewed the documentation.
