We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Reservation details: name, email address, phone number, and billing address when you reserve a puppy at checkout.
- Payment proof: screenshots or PDF receipts you upload to confirm payment. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank credentials, or wallet private keys.
- Messages: anything you send through the live chat widget or the Contact form, including your name and email.
- Custom order requests: the breed, size, and other preferences you submit through the Custom Order form.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and verify your reservation, PupToken purchase, or gift card redemption.
- To send transactional emails: confirmations, payment status updates, and approval/decline notices.
- To respond to chat messages and contact form inquiries.
- To arrange delivery of your puppy once a reservation is confirmed.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site:
- Supabase — hosts our database and file storage (payment proof uploads).
- Resend — delivers our transactional emails.
- MoonPay — if you choose to buy crypto through the MoonPay link at checkout, you leave our site and MoonPay's own privacy policy applies to that transaction. We never receive your MoonPay account details.
4. Data Retention
We keep reservation and message records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and for our own business records. You can request deletion of your personal information by contacting us (see below), subject to records we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.
5. Your Choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
