1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this site or submitting a reservation, PupToken purchase, gift card redemption, or custom order request, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Reservations Are Not Instant Purchases
Submitting the checkout form creates a reservation request, not a completed sale. Except for gift card payments, which are verified automatically, every reservation is manually reviewed against the payment you send before it's confirmed. You'll receive an email once your payment is approved or if we can't verify it.
We accept Zelle, Bitcoin, Cash App, Ethereum, gift cards, and card payment, as listed at checkout. If you don't already hold crypto, we recommend MoonPay to purchase it with a debit/credit card — that transaction happens entirely on MoonPay's platform, under MoonPay's own terms.
3. PupTokens
PupTokens are prepaid credit (1 PupToken = $1) toward a future puppy reservation. Like puppy reservations, PupToken purchases are reviewed and confirmed manually once payment is verified.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued by our team and redeemable for their stated balance toward one or more reservations. Gift card balances are non-refundable and non-transferable once redeemed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
If your payment can't be verified, your reservation is declined and no funds are taken by us. If you need to cancel a confirmed reservation, contact us as soon as possible — refund eligibility depends on how far along the process is, so we handle these case by case rather than under a fixed formula.
7. Delivery
Delivery arrangements (local delivery or airport transport) are confirmed with you directly after your reservation is approved. Delivery timing and cost depend on your location and are communicated before anything is finalized.
8. Limitation of Liability
This site and its services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Pups is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reservation process, beyond the amount you paid us.
